Bonus
The monthly bonus is the most variable part of your income. This is the part you have the most control over. If you are an experienced specialist, your hourly rate will work in your favor. The higher it is, the better it is for your bonus. And of course, the more hours you work, the better that is for your bonus as well. Training and experience contribute to your hourly rate.
