When you choose to work with us as a consultant, you choose the 70/30 model, a contract structure that sits between permanent employment and freelancing. You always receive a base salary, which is supplemented by a bonus depending on the hours you work. Together, we look at which assignment suits you best. In addition, you benefit from social security, and just like with permanent employment, we take care of the full administrative side.

What we expect from you:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree level.
At least 7 years of experience in the IT sector.
Demonstrable consultancy experience.
Strong command of Dutch and English.
Flexibility in assignment type and working environment.
Availability, full-time or part-time, for assignments that match your profile and ambitions.
