This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by SC Tiger B.V. (hereinafter: “ScTiger”) relating to its members, participants or other interested parties.
If you provide personal data to ScTiger, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We advise you to read this Privacy Policy carefully and keep a copy for your own records.

2. What data does ScTiger process and for what purpose
2.1 In the context of your membership, the following personal data may be processed:
a) first and last name, date of birth, place of birth, gender
b) address details and, where applicable, postal address
c) telephone number(s), email address(es), bank account number(s)
d) other personal characteristics that may be required for our organization, such as social media accounts
2.2 ScTiger processes the personal data referred to in section 2.1 for the following purposes:
a) your name, address, telephone number and email address are used to contact you about your membership and any termination of it, for registration and deregistration for certifications by third parties, for providing the information you have requested, or for handling the information received from you
b) your name, address details and telephone number are used to send invitations and information about ScTiger’s services and activities
2.3 Your name and telephone number may be used for up to one year after the end of the agreement to ask about your experiences with ScTiger and to inform you about developments within ScTiger.
Email communication (opt-out): ScTiger uses your name and email address to send its email newsletter containing information about activities, services and other relevant information regarding your membership with ScTiger. You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
ScTiger processes and stores your personal data for the duration of your membership and for up to one year after the end of that membership. After that, the personal data will be deleted.
4. Security measures and processors
4.1 To protect your personal data, ScTiger has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures.
4.2 For the processing of personal data, ScTiger uses services provided by third parties, known as processors. We have entered into data processing agreements with these processors.
5. Right of access, deletion, questions and complaints
5.1 Through the membership administration of ScTiger, you may submit a request to access, receive, amend or delete your personal data. ScTiger will process your request and inform you within one month of receiving it.
5.2 If you wish to object to the further processing of your personal data as referred to in Article 2, you may also contact the membership administration.
5.3 If you have complaints about the way ScTiger processes your personal data or handles your requests, you may contact the data protection officer.

This Privacy Policy may be amended. Any changes will be published on the Website. We advise you to review the Privacy Policy regularly.
