• Proposing top candidates to clients within set deadlines.
• Drafting and rewriting CVs to match assignments.
• Convincing clients why Sc.Tiger, candidates are the best choice.
• Maintain face-to-face client contact to evaluate and strengthen cooperation.
• Realise contracting and reallocation of candidates.
• Screening and selecting potential candidates.

• Is a natural bridge builder and sparring partner, who sees opportunities and strives for success.
• Is commercially minded, with a drive to perform and score.
• Has HBO working and thinking level (degree not required).
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Has strong communication, administrative and commercial skills.
• Has experience with IT profiles and a solid network (experience with BI and Data is an advantage).

• A salary between €3.000 and €4.000 per month.
