When you choose to work with us as an associate, you choose a form of contract between employment and freelancing. In the basics, you are always entitled to a salary. This is a basic salary which is supplemented on the basis of the hours you work. Together we look at which assignment suits you best. Furthermore, you are entitled to social security and, just as with the form of employment, we take care of the entire administrative process. The associate agreement is ideal for you if you want to grow as a professional. It gives you a bit of security, but still the freedom and flexibility of an entrepreneur.

With an Associate construction, you enjoy the freedom to organize your own time. You have the independence of an experienced entrepreneur.
